TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS. If the buyer decides to cancel their order, a fee of 250 PHP will be charged PER ITEM.
Please be responsible in meeting payment deadlines. Failure to pay on or before the deadline will have to pay a late payment fee of 50 PHP per day.
Before filling up a form, make sure that all of the information that you are going to provide is accurate to avoid error/s and extra work load to the admins.
All of our GOs are under NORMAL ETA, please don't place an order if you can't be patient. Make reading a habit. Read FAQs and emails before sending inquiries via dms or email.
Please be patient with the admins regarding the order confirmations, updates on the masterlists and such.
After a G.O’s deadline, we will verify all the payments made and update the masterlist as soon as we can.
Please always ask nicely and avoid speaking to the admins in a rude manner.

Be sure to have parental consent in buying your items if you're below 18 years old.
Buyers with UNPAID orders after the deadline will be listed as bogus buyers.
Joy reservers and bogus buyers will be exposed and banned from our future GOs.
Admins are not held liable for any damages caused by local and international courier.
Payments made are non-refundable unless the stated items/orders are not available.
We do not tolerate rude buyers, if you have concerns, kindly approach us politely.
Deleted “MINE” replies will be blocked and will be banned from our shop.
We encourage you to film unboxing videos for proof in case items are damaged. Photos are NOT acceptable.
FAQS
Do you open GOs for all the groups?
Our shop is open to all fandoms. We will open GOs for all groups as long as we reach a certain amount of orders.
What does DOO, DOP, and ETA mean?
DOO stands for “Deadline of Order” which is the only period where we will only be accepting orders.
DOP means “Deadline of Payment” which is the date where you can only pay for your order/s.
ETA means “Estimated Time of Arrival” which is the arrival of the item/s that you have ordered in a specific group order.
How do I order?
We will post our group orders through #HCPHGOs. There will be a form given and all you need to do is fill up accurately.
How will I know if I got a slot?
Once we send out an order confirmation along with your order number. Kindly make sure the email you entered is active.
What are your mode of payment?
We accept payments through GCash, BDO, BPI Family, Paymaya, Palawan Express. Although we highly discourage choosing Palawan Express as your MOP since we are currently facing a pandemic. Further details will be sent through your invoice.
Do you accept COD?
We don’t. The items can only be paid through the given MOPs.
When do you ship your items?
We will try to pack and ship your items a week after it’s arrival on our PH address. Please be patient.
When is the eta of the items I ordered?
All of our GOs are under normal ETA unless stated otherwise. It usually takes 4-6 weeks without delays.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, just send us an email as soon as you can.
Can I combine shipping with my other orders?
Yes, just let us know through email.
Are all the prices posted all-in?
The prices of the items posted are inclusive of all fees unless stated otherwise. Only the LSF will be added.
Do you accept down payments?
No, unless stated in our tweet or in the Google form.
Do I need to pay for the LSF ?
Yes. Couriers available are LBC, JRS, Zoom, Fastrack and Ninjavan. Buyers may also opt for Mr. Speedy, Lalamove and Grab (amount of lsf depends on your location) once the admins are finished packing your orders. LSF will be collected once your items have arrived in our PH Address.
Do you do meet-ups?
We highly discourage this option as of now. But we may do so after the pandemic.
Can I request for certain items from fansites or other official merchandise?

Are the albums bought in your shop counted on charts?
We make sure that all the albums purchased from our shop would contribute to the artists’ physical sales and would help boost up in Gaon and Hanteo charts.
What is card pooling and how does it work?
The admins will open the album/s that you ordered from us and we will ask you about your priority member or top bias/es for your inclusions such as photocards, postcards, etc. To be fair for all the buyers that joined the card pooling, we will implement first pay, first-serve basis. Take note that this can be only possible if we reached our target number of people who will choose to join card pooling.
